Her background spans financial leadership, operational management, and business resilience through challenging seasons — from the Great Recession to rebuilding and recovery years.

A Name Rooted in Loyalty and Balance
Our name honors Molly’s late dog, Olivia — the “brown dog” who inspired this work. Olivia’s presence reflected everything that great business partnership should embody: loyalty, intuition, and steadiness.
